  Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will welcome participants of the annual Race for the Cure hosted by Susan G. Komen Connecticut. Then, she will speak at the opening ceremony for the 2015 Connecticut Student Innovation Expo. The Expo showcases work by students engaged in science, technology, engineering, and math.

The event supports two school-based Family Financial Centers in Hartford that offer services and resources to low income families.
