  Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will join Major General Thaddeus Martin and the Connecticut National Guard at a news conference to launch Operation ELF, an annual donations drive to assist service members and their families. Established in 2003, the initiative provides support to the families of deployed service members and those in need.

  Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman, joined by radio personality Brad Davis, Major General Thad Martin, state officials, and military families gathered to recognize the 65 Connecticut service men and women on the Wall of Honor who were killed in Iraq and Afghanistan since the terrorist attacks in 2001.
