Legislative Process

THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS IN CONNECTICUT: In this set of lessons students are introduced to the legislative process in Connecticut with a focus on the public hearing. Students are guided through the process of drafting their own piece of legislation and the class is led through a public hearing where a proposed bill is considered in a simulated hearing.
