Governance

An inter-agency governance system provides a structure and process by which P20 WIN Participating Agencies work together to securely link and share data. All Participating Agencies sign an Enterprise MOU that includes a framework for multiple governing bodies.

Operating Group

The Executive Board selected the Office of Policy and Management to be the Operating Group for the P20 WIN Collaboration. Data Integration Hub

The function of securely linking unit record data from Participating Agencies is performed by staff at the Connecticut Department of Labor under the direction of: Patrick Flaherty, Director of Research and Information
