To improve communications within the health care community these notices were sent via a "Blast-Fax" system to pertinent health care institutions. The institutions included: Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Providers Group, Outpatient Surgical Centers, Substance Abuse Facilities, Mental Health Facilities, Residential Care Homes, Home Health Agencies, ICF/MR Facilities and Outpatient Dialysis Units.
