HIGH SCHOOL ESSAY CONTEST WINNER

The Connecticut Foundation for Open Government has announced the winners of its 2002 High School Essay Contest.

The first prize of $1000 went to Tait Nielsen of Housatonic Valley Regional High School, Falls Village.

Second prize of $500 went to Stephanie O'Neil of Bristol Central High School, Bristol.

Third prize of $300 went to Matt Chapin of Housatonic Valley Regional Highs School, Falls Village.
